Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 90-day return policy for all supply items. The item must be shipped back in it's original packaging and unused. Also, you will be responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping unless the products arrives defective or damaged. If so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to notify us about the issue.

However, due to the delicate nature of flowers, greenery, and any floral gifts, we ask that you choose carefully before making a purchase. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take great care to ensure that your order is packed securely and arrives in perfect condition, but if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

For damaged items, we will need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
